apexi turbo timer

i have

turbo timer----------my carred -------------------white/red blue ------------------bluegreen ----------------black w/ white stripegrey -----------------yellow ebrakeblack -----------------ground

the white /red is the constant 12v i checked w/ voltmeterblue was the acc.green was the on

when i start my car the display on the turbo timer comes up. i set it for what ever time, and when i shut my car off, it just shuts off also along with the turbo timer?

can anyone help me?
