Apexi turbo timer gone bad

I've got an Apexi turbo timer and it seems to be hooked up correctly but it does not do its job. The timer itself turns on and lets me scroll up and down through o2, voltage and whatnot, but when I turn off the car it does not keep the car running. It will not let me change the amount of time set either, it just stays on 30 no matter what. I do not have the timer tapped into my o2 reading. Does anyone know whats going on? Thanks!

Are you using a TT harness?

That sh.it should just plug in and work.

Yeah it's def hooked up right. I bought it used, maybe the unit is jacked..... I dunno.
