ive seen that the apexi super suction kit is avalible for the 240sx but the only usage is for ones with sr20 motors and they need a z32 maf sensor would it be possible to use this system on my ka powered s13?

No. The reason people use the z32 mafs is because they have power goals that the stock mafs can't handle. The super suction kit is just a new turbo inlet and outlet, the inlet is sized differently to allow use of the larger maf.

If you don't have a turbo on your KA then you definitely don't need a larger maf. It is advertised for the sr20 because the product fits on the turbo that comes stock on sr's.
