I have one, it was pretty easy to hook up. It is only 5 wires. If you can hook up a stereo, then you can install this unit. The 5 wires are.....

12V PowerTach SignalSpeed InputSpeed Output (For Speed Cut off demobilizer)Ground

If you are interested in getting the unit, I will post up the KA wiring diagram for you so you know what wires to tap into at the ECU since the instructions are for SR's and CA's. HTH

So which is the best tuning tool?

Maybe one that measures knock, boost, tach, speed etc. I know the rev/speed removes the limiter.

Yes it removes the limiter but it only removes the one at 120 mph. You need to unplug the 5th gear sensor on the transmission to remove the other limiter. I have it on my 98 240 and i must say that it is very accurate when it comes to measuring times and the other functions.

Check rollhard, heavy throttle, enjuku and so on. They all have them i believe. The best tunning tool was the apex i multichecker but i dont think they make it any more but my friend owns a local shop and he said that he can get something like it. Drop him a line at www.acceleratedaccessories.com if you are interested.
