hey a guy wants to sell me a power fc, but its for a rx7, i pluged it in today and a check engine light came on, i put the stock ecu back in and the light went off, i have a avc r hooked up, can you guys help me..thanks

y woulkd you put and ecu for an rx7 on a sr20det... my understandi\ng is that they are not interchangleble.. get an sr ecu

but yea, i doubt an ecu which controls a rotary will do well on your piston motor. did your car even start up?

never mind the manual that he has is for a rx7, the ecu is for the sr, but i dont understand why the engine light came on?
