if you actually read the sau faq youd see that it did not explain that if the boost sensor indicator is illuminated in sensor check on the commander that it means the pfc boost controller was turned on. i did post this around the same time but it didnt help me diagnose the problem i was having. quit trying to talk **** noob

Yeah, someone needs to settle down. If YOU would have read the SAU FAQ, you wouldn't be asking the question. It clearly states that you need to disable the boost controller setting if you do not have the Apex boost controller add-on. Apparently XAT didn't do this when they installed your PFC and "tuned" your car.

Also, there are hand controller instructions (in English) on the Apexi website under support. Check out this link if you haven't seen these already. http://www.apexi-usa.com/pdfInstallation/12.pdf

Just an FYI, carlh knows everything, but a lot of other people know enough to answer your questions whatever they may be. No need to call him out. It makes the rest of us feel inferior.

that guys tried talked s to me in like three posts for no reason. i have read the rx-7 commander manual. xat just tuned the car. i think that my friend john reset the boost controller to on, by accident. i searched nico and the internet for along time and never found any instructions for the commander in english that were for an rb25det, so i didnt know if anyone had seen the thread in the link. i posted it trying to be helpful; sorry if i got out of line in my response to that guy.

It's alright man, don't take this stuff so seriously. I will agree he made some smarta$$ comments in the threads you referred to, but just ignore him. Or get annoyed, ***** to your friends about him, but no need to post it.

It seems that a lot of people are looking for these instructions in english for some reason and they were very easy to find. I'll even make it simpler by posting a link to them...
