I have a 95 240sx se and i just recently bougt me a used apexi dual exhaust. I jsut want to know where i could get a apexi dual exhaust gasket. I took the upper piping that was connected to the muffler part so i could fit it in my car. The gasket looks really bad and is in need of a new one. I am not talking about the cat convert gasket but the other one that connets the dual pipings to the muffler part. thanks

don't know.. you might have to go directly to apex-i or maybe get some kind of liquid gasket thing and make your own.. I have heard those are pretty darn good compared to regular gaskets... don't know it from first hand experience so I couldn't tell you indefinetly... but won't hurt to try it.. it will come in a squeeze type tube...black gooe

Hrm.... I have used liquid gasket on my intake where the MAFS meets the filter adapter. It works great... but I think it warned NOT to use it on parts that get hot. If you go that route... make sure you read the warnings. If liquid gasket is safe to use on heated surfaces then by all means go for it... because the stuff is awesome.

Work... maybe. Ever got cardboard wet? Ever heated it up?

Well... in case you haven't.... it doesn't hold up too well. The stock gaskets are steel and the Apexi replacements are foam.
