I have an Apex'i bov that someone gave me but I can't seem to find a flange with a pipe for it anywhere online. Just wondering if anyone knows where I can find one. I have read a lot of good reviews about it so I would really rather not get rid of it.

Sorry I cannot personally help, but I would think that if there are a lot of good reviews, then a lot of people have installed them somehow. Dig a little deeper. Find a build thread with it and see what they used, or directly ask people that have given good reviews.
