stock 5psi? i don't think so.

Anyways, turn off all those stupid options such as boost/gear and scramble boost, etc.

Set the duty at 60% across the rpm mapSet your boost at your desired boost setting .9 bar or whatever.

Test the car out by running a 4th gear pull.

Have it record your boost per rpm map. After that see where your boost was falling off at rpm.

then you'll up the duty cycle under those specific rpm points untill your car hold that specific boost through redline.

Hope that helps

ok so what is it set to now or do i need to change it before i drive it i mean i really cant drive it hard yet untill i break it in so i cant really do anything yet can i? also to when i do the set-up prcedure in know the cylinder #6 what is the veichle pulse setup and throttel sensor type setup number?so every time i want to change boost im gonna have to go through all of this? i mean i wanted to run 7 psi when im just drivin it easy and then when im runnin it i wanted just to turn it up to 12? but if its gonna take that long then ill just keep it at 7.

Well if ur breaking in the engine, there is no sense on tuning your boost controller up.

<--- Not pissed.

I understand man, no one wants to assplode their newly swapped engine.

Just set up according to the manual, it explains it quite well, just read it a few times and try to understand what they are telling you instead of just doing it. This will allow you to get better with you engine.

After its set up keep all the setting to factory (zero) and drive the car for a few days or what ever under all conditions. After you have experience what your motor reacts to then you turn the boost controller up.

okay i think i got every thing right the only two questons i have is do i have to do the gear based settings and if so do i start out in the gear im wanting say 5th or do i drive thru all the gears untill my desired gear.and my second question is so when it first tuns on the boost controller is set a factory so i shouldnt have to touch it right? i think is says from what i can remember its at 6 bar and the duty is set to 30 percent is that okay? and the rpm setting do i set it to 7000 which is redline or do i set it 8000. i know this is more than 2 questions but i just have one more. my engine is completly stock the only thing diffrent is the nimo fpr with that said when i turn up the boost will it cause detonation and be harmful to the car b/c im not planning on tunning it untill i do everthing else which wont be untill next summer the reason i ask is one guy said u cant turn up the boost on a stock engine even a little without tuning it? ALSO CAN I JUST TURN THE SOLINOID OFF FOR NOW AND JUST LET THE WASTEGATE CONTROL IT. thanks again
