5hp? I don't think you will pick up much until you add other parts. The ability to fine tune you whole setup is where it will earn it's keep. Are you getting the AFC or S-AFC?

If you have bolt-ons you won't see any real gains. With cams or pistons you will see bigger gains. If you are picking it up for that cheap, go for it anyway.

Yeah, alot of mainstream parts do nothing until you view them as a whole system of aftermarket parts. Look at an exhaust, it only gets you 10hp at most, but it's absolutely neccessary to get a really good exhaust if you're planning to go turbo. Just something to think about.

Um... depends on how you tune it. I know that on VTEC Hondas it provides a nice gain in the top end if tuned properly.

I had 370cc turbo injectors on my CA18DE(up from 260cc) and the S-AFC allowed me to trim the duty cycles enough so the thing would idle. Even at 7500 rpm full bore I still had to trim em -15%, squirters was a lil to big in retrospect. The Apexi unit is a good buy though, well worth it.
