Btw, anyone know how to tune this thing?

It doesn't get much simpler, cept the one knob AFC. Turn the knobs to trim the fuel at each RPM range.

how the heck does that work? Does it just add or subtract fuel from everywhere?

your stock map is the base. the percentage figures are the amount added or subtracted from that.The one knob just bumped up the whole map.

The five knob allowed you to tailor certain areas of the RPM range specifically

The SAFC gave you much more adjustability and added further correction based on throttle position.

The Neo I have no idea, never used one. I have used the other three though and they were dead solid reliable and pretty simple the wire and set up.
