Anyone here have any experience with the Apex WS coilovers? I have a chance to pick some up for a descent price and I was wondering how others thought of them. The duties bestowed upon whatever coilovers I finally decide on would be daily driving and as much auto Xing and drifting as I could do. Any information either first hand or word of mouth would be appreciated.

the WS arent really up to the task of autocrossing and drifting....THey dont offer any type of damper adjustment, and I've seen a few instances of them blowing out uner useage such as autocrossing and drifting. Plus, they are only (I think) 30% stiffer than stock.....just my .02-chet

get cround controlls or a set of nice springs and adjustable shocks if pricing is a hurdle for you, a good spring and adjustable damper setup will do fine for a street/autoX/drift car(mostly street, I take it)

yeh the apex'i WS are not competitive at all, the got a spring rate of 6k in the front and 4.5k in the rear. Go w/ exar response, grab some ground controls and kyb adjustables. Tha will cost you about 800-900 bucks. slightly cheaper than the WS coilovers and will be adjustable and stiffer spring rate.
