I'm thinking of getting the n1 Dual exhaust? Does anyone recommend something else? And when I install it would I need metal gaskets between the pipes? Thanks for everything.

It was a very easy install, you can jack the car up on its side and just take the old exhaust off. You might have to work alittle at getting the catalytic conv. bolts off, might even have to torch em and replace them. I used my old gasket(metal) and the rest was a piece of cake. Very easy, and sounds great. A little louder than stock, but the sound is perfect. It seems to keep all those Honda pests away, like some kind of ultrasonic pest killer.

I'd say go for the N1 single, but I'm a little biased :)I would also reccommend replacing the gasket if you can. It wouldn't hurt, and chances are if you're getting the N1, then you're going to leave it on for the rest of your cars life. Just a precaution, but a minor one.

The N1 Dual is awesome! I've had mine for six months and it has performed perfectly and still looks like brand new. The stainless steel canisters won't rust and the pipes are powdercoated to prevent rust. Also, both gaskets are provided with the exhust. They are the foam type gaskets instead of metal, and they seem to have sealed perfectly.

The cat flange-studs are a ***** to work with! The nuts were so rusted on mine that you couldn't even see that they were originally nuts....it was just two lumps of rust. I used a hand held grinder with a cutting wheel and sliced them off. Then we (two of us) had to use a prybar and an air-hammer to get the joint to come apart. Then... I had to cut ther remaining part of the studs off so they were flush with the flange... then use a high-speed drill and bit to drill the studs out and make new holes for the bolts I replaced them with.

Other than that is would have taken us less than an hour... instead it was a half day project! Good luck... and no matter what exhaust you chose you will have to deal with those cat studs.

I highly recomed the N1.. I've had it for over 4 months and it is awesome.. the power you get out of it and the sound is just sooo damn sexy! =) not too loud but you can make it loud when you want!!! how cna you go wrong with somehting that was specifically made for our cars??? Apex-i only makes their exhaust for us and rx-7... and that's it.. so they have perfected the art of cat back system!! something to think about....yea, it's a little pricey but well worth it!

I prefer my HKS Hiper. It just sounds so damn good. And it's way quieter than my N/A Accord, which is really quiet, comparatively speaking to other, louder Hondas.

I think the turbine on the other end has something to do with that though.
