good thing certain products are for race-use-only, cause if my car is one the road, it most certainly is racing (in that slow regular driving sort of racing)

Hah, funny you should mention... I've just finished watching my friend try to convert his 2nd gen RX-7 to throttle position MAP instead of MAF. I guess he hasn't figured it all out yet, because the car only does two things: idles good, and drives well above 5k rpm, only if under WOT. Inbetween it will just stall if he doesn't revv the crap out of it; something to do with his home made TPS, and how he put it on. So imagine this FC standing innocently at a light, and then as soon as it turns green, taking off screaming, tires smoking and squealing, with ridiculous noises coming at every gear shift, all the way up to 8.5k, dumping the clutch every time at those rpms to get into the next gear. He really COULD NOT ease into it, because the car would die, unless he stomped on it every time.We went to get some McDonalds food, and he had to peal out from the little ordering post, to the money window, to the pickup window. The clerks just stared at us with their eyes wide open. Best test drive I've been on in a while :)

You realize that APC is not the only company who makes Euro tails!

TYC, who is a OEM supplier, makes Euro Tails which are DOT approved. I do not see these lights leaving the scene for a while.

APC, if I remember correctly got introuble because they were saying that their lights were DOT approved when in fact they were not. Do not quote me on that.

I think it is extremely funny that APC is being fined not for one type of tail light but four!

I guess I dont have a problem with APC parts on American cars. Afterall it is the "American Parts Company" or something like that.

What really miffs me however is some one plastering HUGE APC stickers and bolt on parts from APC on thier PoS Import car.

I dont usually race or mess with folks, but the other day I just had to flex all over this idiot with a ugly baby blue CRX. with an exaust and a Gigantic red APC sticker! Simply because of the sticker I could not resist! :evilhaha

Force ricers to acquire a bit of taste? Do you mean, force ricers to like the same $hit that you like?

Yes, I like OEM looking "$hit." DR1FT3R is into whatever "$hit" he likes. Two different things. "Now we can move forward and force ricers to do the same." Sorry Smith, but theres no "we" in this. Unlike you or DR1FT3R over there, I don't plan on pissing my liking for OEM looking products onto others.

Good boy Smith, holster that gun of yours before you hurt yourself.
