Hah, funny you should mention... I've just finished watching my friend try to convert his 2nd gen RX-7 to throttle position MAP instead of MAF. I guess he hasn't figured it all out yet, because the car only does two things: idles good, and drives well above 5k rpm, only if under WOT. Inbetween it will just stall if he doesn't revv the crap out of it; something to do with his home made TPS, and how he put it on. So imagine this FC standing innocently at a light, and then as soon as it turns green, taking off screaming, tires smoking and squealing, with ridiculous noises coming at every gear shift, all the way up to 8.5k, dumping the clutch every time at those rpms to get into the next gear. He really COULD NOT ease into it, because the car would die, unless he stomped on it every time.We went to get some McDonalds food, and he had to peal out from the little ordering post, to the money window, to the pickup window. The clerks just stared at us with their eyes wide open. Best test drive I've been on in a while
