You will probably not be able to push a dent out. I would think that it isn't even worth trying.

Your best bet would be to look for a paintless dent removal outfit in your area. They will know if it can be removed without chipping the paint, and most of them are pretty reasonable. If there is no crease, they can probably do it for you from the outside of the car - they have vacuum cups and other equipment specifically designed for this. Some of them have mobile setups - they will come to your work / school and fix it for you.

+ 1 for a paintless dent removal outfit

I recently had a dent removed from the bed of my Tacoma for $200 that would have cost about $1500 at a traditional body shop ...I am very happy with the results

there are a few videos on youtube.com to see how they do it.

BTW - do not watch the videos and then think you can do it yourself. It's a skill that takes a few years to develop

well im ganna take a shot at it tommrow, see what happens i realized those suction cup things are a waste of money and do not work at all , because my friend had a dent in his fender and he told me all the shop did was remove his fender and pop the dent out with their hand and put the fender back on and they charged him 150$

alot of auto part stores little dent removal kits. It is usually 2 suction cups attached to a little pole, then a 3rd suction cup that you put on the dent and it will pop the dent out when you unscrew it

When you say fender do you mean on the lower area bumper (aka where it is not metal)? if so, you can "pop" that out with some warm weather and by going behind it to push it out...

If its metal, you can try one of those dent removal kits - ding king isn't bad ( http://www.amazon.com/Ding-Kin...r=1-1 )

Or if you can get behind it, you can try to knock it out yourself with a hammer :-p ...i got a dent in my old Focus once and did that...

Just make sure that if you use a hammer, use flat bubber mallet. I metal hamer could actually make it worse. You way have dents sticking out, instead of in.

goodwork, glad to hear you got it out. I have a similer dent in my door. Its really tiny though. You can't see it unless you look really close. I am going to haft to take my door panel off to do that. so I am going to try and see if one of those ding king kits will work.
