I have a set of 19 inch BMW wheels laying around. Anyway to make these fit the Q? Are the offsets to crazy? I know the bolt patern is wrong. They ar off of a sport packaged 740IL.

Falk, did you ever get my email?

Yeah, have 5 new holes drilled into them that fit the Nissan lug pattern.

Got your email, I'll respond shortly.

Yeah, I was gonna say that but didn't bother. The only way it would work is if the BMW wheels have a really high offset and could still be flush with 1" bolt on adapters.

Not sure about the 7 series, but (IIRC) the 3 series is crazy high ... let me look around for some specs.

Okay, it appears the 3 series is close to 40, but the 5, 7 & 8 series use offsets of 15mm (front)/20mm (rear) for an 8.5-ish wheel.

And so those offsets are perfect if they bolted right up, but with adapters they'll be sticking out a good inch. Now you could probably get the rotors and hubs re-drilled for the BMW pattern, but it seems like a lot of effort to get BMW wheels on a Nissan. Better off to sell them and put the money towards something you really want.

Agreed, I was thinking at firsdt the offset was crazy high for all BMW wheels, but once I realzied the 5, 7 & 8 were so low, I meant they wouldn't work.

Gotta figure nice (double spoke?) 7 series wheels could go for plenty.

Think BMW have smaller hubs.

Some general info on bolt patterns, hub bores, etc. Don't know if it will help in this particular case, but I've found it helpful in the past. I don't know how up to date it is.

This is actually a better site. It includes much newer models.

If I could do it easy, I would these wheels are sick. I can put a pack of cigs in the lip of the rear wheels and it fits perfect.
