Anyway to find out clip's year?

Hi. Just got my clip and finished stripping it of everything. Was wondering if there was any way to tell the clip's year? Just curious is all. As far as I could tell, I believe the battery was in the passenger compartment or trunk. Don't know if that helps. Would I be able to tell off the engine ID?

the ID plate (blue) has the year in Japanese...
