I've wanted some more power in my car, and I was wondering what sort of things were possible to increase my horsepower? Now I'm not wanting an engine swap, just something like Exhausts, Air Intakes, Turbo/Supercharger kits, rebuilds using certain parts? Anything at all.

I've got a 2000 Q45 Anniversary Edition, I'm pretty sure the engine is the normal US version.

not really.. headers might be the first place to start since they have crappy cast log manifolds....

The VH41 in the y33 is way different than the VH45DE and the JDM VH41DE... its a SLUG..

Y33s are slugs... Sorry...

Has anyone here ever built a custom turbo setup? Im sure it's possible, but I'd like to know if people have done it

You should have a bit of a browse through the forums, there are a number of custom turbo setups in the works.

I've done one and have about 375rwhp at present and that is with rev restricted to 6000rpm due to injectors. another on here has 446rwhp at again that is a standard motor etc but still a VH45 like mine. Search away and you'll find heaps of info. I found most of what I needed to biuld my truck, on here!
