Anything special I should do on first start up of a new turbo??

K Im getting ready to start my motor up with a brand new gt28r. Is there anything I should do before I do start it up?

take the fuel pump fuse out and crank the motor to get oil into that turbo !dont wanna run the turbo with no oil in it
