I *might* be selling out on the RB25DET to go with an RB26DETT.

The motor is visually perfect. Every part of it looks brand new. It is from a 96 stagea. There is no transmission for it so someone would need to find one.

It has a GTR oil pan because it was originally AWD. I purchased a series 2 Skyline rb25det harness for it because the stagea harness is completely different. So to use this engine it would need an RB25DET oil pan and ecu.

I don't know what to ask for it. If anyone wants to make an offer let me know what you have. My email is [email protected]

Again, the engine is PERFECT. There is no shaft play on the turbo, no chipped paint on the block, no oil stains, no dirt anywhere. The coil packs ALL look brand new. If I were to guess the mileage on this engine I would honestly guess around 5-10,000 miles. It's that clean. The coolant dripping from the hoses looks very green and fresh. I could go on forever.....

you said you got a series 2 rb25det harness. Where did you get that and does it come with the motor? (I assume not)

if not:to make a complete motor set the buyer would have to get an oil pan, transmission, and rb25det harness?

Im just trying to see if I understand your post.

Yes, the harness will come with the engine.

ECU (100$), transmission (1500$), oil pan (300$) and an RB25 oil pickup (30-50$) is what you'll need. I can help you find those parts too if needed.

Someone buy it, I'm really considering the RB26. If no one wants it, I'll let it sit in my garage and build it I guess...

I'm bumping this because my parents are pissed that it's just sitting in my garage.

I'm asking 1000$ for it now. 1275$ shipped in the US.

PROJECTRB - If you're gonna get one, please get the evo. A white one. If I can't get one, at least I can live vicariously through you. :)

It will, but the rb20 transmission is a lot weaker than the 25's.

Yes it will bolt onto the RB20 transmission.

The guy above said he was going to buy it but I haven't really heard from him. If I don't soon it will be back up for sale. There's about 4 people interested in it right now lol.

1000$ is the price the motor stays at, sorry. I already took 500$ off. Shipping to cali won't be more than 250$.. so if you can come up with that let me know.

So far I've been told it was going to be bought, but the guy didn't really contact me again. Sooooooo, I'll keep updating.

I was offering to help for the person buying my motor.. but if you're really needing one it's not that hard. Go to an aussie forum and make a 'WTB' post. You'll get one eventually. Around 100$... might be a tad more with shipping n s***.

Hey man, I called you this morning about the engine, no one answered ( I forgot it's like 10:30 am there) so you may have been asleep. Anyway, hit me up or whatever when you're around.

Yea I was asleep like a mofo. Worked the night shift so I crashed hard. I appreciate the call and I have your number and I will call you if people start backing out. I'm trying to be fair and go down the list in order of those first interested. I will call you though if it comes to your name.

I emailed the next guy that was interested in it (matt), if I don't hear back from him then I'll move to the next (Zach)... Then Jeremy.. then Nick ^

I emailed you at the address you gave me and I received a return mail error. I sent it again and the same thing happened so I gave up.

You WERE the first one interested in it, so if you REALLY want it please email me: [email protected]

I will have to back out on zach if you want to buy it, so please be serious if you want it. I hate backing out on people...

I posted a link to the pics above up there too..
