its not a truck ! Get a winter beater

seriously though it wont handle tough deep snow but it should do fine until the ruts start getting deep

I didn't drive it much this winter because I have Michelin Pilot Sport tires. These are summer performance tires. Michelin recommends not using them in near freezing temperatures.

If you have all-weather tires you should be OK in the DC area. We haven't had a lot of snow the last couple of years and most things shut down if snow is forecast. If you really are concerned, get a second set of wheels with snow tires. If you go this way, 17 inch wheels might be best.

Ok...this comes up alot.

I drive mine all year (had an 05 previous) RESPECT the car. It's rear wheel drive and has some decent torque.

Get Blizzaks for winter ( if there is more then a centimetre of snow this car will not go anywhere in the snow with the summer tires...trust me)

ALWAYS drive with the VDC on in winter.

Follow these simple rules and your good to go!
