Anyone want to make a write-up/video on how to remove the front cd dash?

Im sure lots of you know and hear that annoying noise coming from the center cd dash. I wanted to open it up and find out wat is loose and fix it.

Also, does any know how to remove the Cluster/Speedometer?

If someone would be kind enough to give some pointers, pictures or videos walking thru this, it would be great!
