I'm drawing up the files in CAD tonight and am sending it through to the laser cutters tommorow, just thought I'd check if anyone else wanted these as well as it's cheaper to do a multiple run.

The gaskets will be the same as the OEM gaskets but made in 1mm copper

the lower runner plate will be 16x44x440mm with the holes laser cut for the ports and bolt holes

NOTE: this suits the pre 94 heads with the dual ports, not the newer style with the oval ports.

I'm also getting a 250x150 plate made up with the TB holes cut into it and another plate cut for the idle control valve but i doubt this would be of any use to others

Price is ballpark but I'd expect about $40 for both copper gaskets and $120 for both lower runner plates. This is laser cut with much better tolerances than jet cutting. Price is in Australian dollars and the exchange rate is favourable to the US at the moment. They wouldn't weigh much so I'd be suprised for postage to be over $25-$30

I wish you were doing copper head gaskets, I think I may be needing a pair of those soon.

would be easy enough to get them cut as well but I'm not taking the heads off mine (otherwise I'd be oval'ing the siamese ports). The block would need to be O-Ringed with a copper gasket wouldn't it?

Anyway, lets not go off topic
