anyone using skunk 2 intake manifold spacer?

i was reading import tuner or something like that, and it had an adver. for the skunk 2 intake manifold spacer. Supposedly gives around 10 whp.. said something about opening up the mani, gives more air to banks 1 and 2, therfore giving the z some more power..

looks like a pretty cheap mod, and dealer shouldnt be able to tell...idk

I do not own one, but I don't believe it fits with the stock STB, I've seen a dyno to show 3rwhp, but that could have been from a fresh (cold) run versus warmed up or something....

It would increase the intake mani volume, but I am unsure if that's the limiting factor in getting more air into the VQ or not....if it's composite it will at least reduce heat soak from the lower mani and theorhetically reduce intake temps a bit.
