Greetings GenChat!

I was thinking about posting this question elsewhere, but I didn't think it quite fit in the tuning sub-forum and there wasn't really anywhere else that made sense.

I need to get my laptop plugged into my ECU and there are lots of Consult interfaces available. While I was searching around on ebay, I came across these units that don't use a serial connector - they're USB only.

I'm wondering if anyone has used these and if they've had any success. I figure this would probably eliminate the adapter issues that come with cheap units that might have the wrong chip sets or outdated drivers or the like. I'm thinking about buying one to try it out and see if it works. Figured I'd check with Nico first to see if they was any experience.

Thanks,
-Dexter

I have had good luck with the ECU talk cables.
