Anyone use this type Oil cooler?

a few of my high horsepower V8 friends use them for trans/oil coolers, seem to be fine.

you can, but they work best if air flows down the sides of the cooler.

Not a lot of surface room on those, don't cool as well as an oil radiator, but they function.

I'm still looking at all options, I do like the price. I am sure its better than no cooler.
