So we got ourselfs here 2 snakes, a HUGE red dog, and a wasp. Now I don't think I would be too afraid of a snake or a wasp cause both are easily killable...BUT if it was me VS a huge red dog...i would give up right away.

You understood my point very well. These guys earn their living and continue to grow strictly based on the quality of the products they sell and more importantly how well they service and take care of you. They need and want to be ''The specialist'', they can not afford to loose customers or have you become a number only, they will continue to service and help you years down the road when the 2 or 3 or 4 year warranty is long gone.

My sister actually got hit by a manual-trans truck that had a remote starter in it.

Her boyfriend had it installed in his truck, and she took it over to her work to show it off to the gang. She forgot it was in first gear (because we all leave them in first gear to keep them from rolling) and Hit the button to turn it on. It started moving forward into the wall...well my sister just reacted and jumped in front of it to "stop it", since she is Supergirl, and ended up getting pinned between the truck and the wall. She fell out of the way, but in her shock kept hitting the button and pounding the truck into the wall. Until finally her friend yelled at her to stop pushing the damn button! One broken pelvis later....

She actually healed really quickly. We still laugh at her.

The weird thing was that I hardly ever call her. That night she left a message to call her at work, so I did, and some poor waitress had to tell me that she had been hit by a car.
