Ive got a Nitrous kit from Holley and its a wet kit... can the SR's withstand any nitrous at all and can the wet kits be used with out motors?

Run a 50 shot wet and youll be fine. Gatecrasher on Fresh Alloy runs a 50 shot with his 2871R setup and stock internal SR. Ill probably be adding a 50 shot on mine as well.

I am not 100% sure on this, but I'm pretty sure that with every 25 shot of nitrous you run you need to retard your timing 1-2 degrees. Not sure if that's specific on an sr but I had to do that on one of my other cars.

For every 50hp beyond the initial 50 shot you should retard 1.5 degrees. This is the recomendation from Edelbrock, Holley, Zex, Nos, Raptor, etc, etc

I plan on running direct port injection with a 100+ shot (depending what will be deemed safe)...and of course a proper tune. My internals will be good for 700hp I'll let you guys know how it works

I was pretty sure I was right. Had to throw that out there because nitrous is safe and by far one of the best mods you can get for the money, if it's tuned right.
