Anyone Use LiveTech?

I have been having computer problems a lot lately and my friend sent me this article he saw in PC MAG on LiveTech:

I was thinking it might be a good option for me but It's a little pricey so I wanted to know if anyone had any feedback first. anyone else uses this service or one like it?
Any shared experiences or recommendations would be appreciated. thanks

This site is frequented by many DIY enthusiasts, so I don't think you're gonna get any kind of answer about some kind of service like this.
