Apparently they are Infiniti of Kirkland (Kirkland, WA). Some of their parts prices are cheaper than IOS.

Does anyone have any experience with them?

We buy from IOS because of their reputation and because they are one of our Nico sponsors.

I don't think I would trust anyone else.

I guess its okay if you happen to live in Kirkland, but the service from Scottsdale is far superior.

Agreed. I've tried two different Infiniti dealers before knowing about IOS and both of them screwed up my order. The first one numerous times and the second screwed up the order causing me to have to shell out more money as I was in a bind for time.

Definitely go with IOS, they're grrrrrrreeaaaaat!

They are owned by the same group that owns Infiniti of Tacoma in Fife. They always acted like they were the only dealer in the USA. They never could come within 25% of IOS.

Get it in writing.

I recently found that the private owners of IOS are the same owners of the Lexus Dealer I work at. I've got only positive things to say about the personnel in this company, Van Tuyl Automotive, and without knowing about Joe would be inclined to contact IOS just because of the relationship.

So no one has dealt with them, except Brian?

I order all of my parts from IOS and the service is impeccable . I made an order today, however, another particular part I was looking for would be special order from IOS, so I kept looking and came upon IPP, at which the price also happened to be ~20% cheaper (published price on the web).

I guess I will be the guinea pig. I'll report back on the experience.

It appears to be 28% off MSRP plus shipping for the 10 common things I priced.

If 3% is important to you why not remburse NICO for the bandwidth you use.

We have a natural ethical reponsibility to support our sponsors who pay for your abilty to post and read posts here.

As said in the post above, I have, do, and will continue to support IOS, as a NICO sponsor. This part, however, was special order, and if in at IPP, I will certainly order it to avoid the wait - the lower price is a bonus.

Be careful on some parts with weird part numbers, like knock sensors with an "a" after the regular part number. We pretty much decided that another dealership was selling seconds as a "special purchase" a few years back. I'm not saying that's what "IPP" is doing - just saying it has happened before, so be careful.
