Well,

I got my Nismo FPR in today. Perf. Nissan did an excellent job in getting it to me. Only 4 days for ground shipping and that includes getting it over the border! Anyway, it said applications included 89-98 240sx, so I figured it should work for my '91 KA. Well, turns out the adjusting bolt hits the head and wont allow me to tighten the fuel rain down. So, looks like I'll have to saw the adjustable bolt part off in order to fit it. Just thought I'd give ya'll a heads up so you know what you're getting into.

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the Nismo piece.

Here's a thread related to some fitment errrr...quirks. Maybe it'll be of some help.

Well, I hacked it up and was still just barely able to adjust it. Man thats a snug fit in there! I would NOT recommend getting a Nismo FPR for a '91 KA fuel rail. Also, my car is still running pig rich at idle. Time for more brainstorming..

I've been running a bit rich as well. I *think* it's a bad coolant temp sensor, but I'm not 100% sure yet. Any other symptoms?

I believe the SOHC fuel rail is different from the DOHC. But yeah, 91-98 are all the same AFAIK. Regardless, the NISMO FPR is support to work with both the KA24E and KA24DE.
