If given the choice, I would always go with JL Audio. Though usually more expensive, they truly make a quality product. The Cleansweep is an excellent integration tool. I have had a few friends gut their OEM systems and use it to excellent effect.

The most important thing to me is the skill of the installer. Too many times have an excellent car been ripped apart and damaged at the hands of the unskilled. Given the complexities of installing a good system around a Bose system, installer ability is paramount.Cheers,ML

HEY M4T5, I'm in 100 percent agreement with u about the audio system in this car. Ihate it and anyone who have listen to a real system will know as nice as this sound system seems it way below par. SORRY but thats a fact. If people are happy with the sound system great but i personally am not and im in the process of replacing the system by myself. By the By i had a toyota camry 2002 with all Polk Audio speakers . Polk Audio Signature Reference sr6500 and brother i didnt know what music was to i put 4 of these babies in paired with two alpine amps pdx's and polk sub sr 104 and man i just couldnt believe the difference. Mad expensive but worth every penny it could handle rock to jazz to heavy bass kicking rap. it was heaven and i just cant stand the bose ( no high no lows must b a bose) So reach for the stars. ps hate the bogus yellowish fog lights and crappy yellowish license plate light. replace plate light w/ leds . nice and clear but not blinding white. will post pics soon. doing the fog lights after i finish this post.

No, i mounted the amp on the backseat and got a very small custom enclosure for the 12.
