I'm thinking about painting the stock Pathy wheels in either an engine enamel or just automotive paint (gloss black)...I'd love to get some Rock Crawler black steelies, but I don't really wanna part ways with a couple hundred bucks. Think it would look ok, or think it would flake and look like crap? I'd take my time with it, rough it up with a sander and prime it before hand. I'm just not sure if y'all think it would look like refried *** or not....any opinions?

Hmm..well, I mean, my wheels are completely different than those, but still.....doesn't look like black steelies by any stretch of the imagination....guess I'll think about it...if I do it, I'll post up some pics and if it looks retarded, I guess I'm stuck with it..thanks for the pic, forgot about cardomain.....

I've been wanting to see someone do this for a while. I've been thinking about painting my stockers charcoal grey but don't have anything put on in the meantime. I really don't want to do it one wheel at a time and drive on my spare.
