Anyone seen a throttle pulley upgrade?

I remember seeing on Ebay a replacement pulley for the trottle body. It was a pretty anodized blue. It was packaged in a box from Japan but I can't remember who made it and now I can't find it again. Anybody ever seen it?

it's from Attain. It's smaller so when you press on the gas, it takes less depression to get to WOT.

Does it have 2 throttle cable thingies for Cruise control?

They dont have cruise control on most (all?) cars in japan
