I installed these last year in my RB25 and I recently found they have lopped off my oil squirters. Supertech says this is the first time they've heard of the issue. However you are never going to notice a problem unless you check your high RPM oil pressure or do a very close examination of your oil during an oil change.

Here they are

Do their pistons come notched for the oil squirters?

Yes and it seemed to clear when I checked it. Too bad it wasn't enough.

I think Tomei makes a spacer for the squirters but, I think they only come with their stroker kit.

My engine is already back up and running, I just blocked off the squirters. I don't think spacers will help, the head of the squirter "bolt" is small as it is and may come into contact with the stock crank counter weight if moved.

I just want to know if anyone has been running them and apparently not many people have.

Did you see any increase in coolant temp or oil pressure? I've thought about blocking mine off if my pistons don't give them enough clearance.

Being they were cut wide open I was getting 55psi max hot with 20w50. Now closed up with an N1 pump I get 90psi max hot with 5w30.

Haven't logged coolant temps, I don't think I'll see a difference.

I guess I would. Notch them and have them balanced.

Yikes... that is pretty scary.

Glad to hear it didn't mess anything else up once they came apart
