They do make a GT37R....kinda...from what I heard it is just a random custom compressor/center/turbine section and not actually manufactured by Garrett as the final unit. Garrett only sells journal bearing versions of the GT37.

AMS uses the GT37R on their Evo turbo kits. I thought it would be a great rb26 single turbo, so I called them and there were two complications. A) it was a t3 turbine house...but for a little extra I could get it to be a T4...but it would not be twinscroll....and B) the only turbine A/R they offered was a .68 which is way too small for a single turbo RB26.

Let me know if someone else is now selling these in T4, twin scroll, and a .8*-.9* turbine A/R

oh, lol....thats the exact turbo I have then that is going on mine....bought it labeled as a TO4R Ball-Bearing with a twinscroll .84 A/R T4 turbine housing. I bought mine through Phoenix Turbo. (You have to call and ask for it because it is not listed on their website).

That is not a GT series turbocharger then like the GT35R and the GT40R. It does not have the newer GT series technology...still a great turbo though.

Picture of my turbo with my nephew (note: it does not have polished housing or HPC coating option)
