I did for a short time; it's really not worth the time. Small-ish FMICs are too cheap and abundant to justify using the stock PoS unless you're destitute...in which case you shouldn't be trying to do a swap.

No pics of my old setup though.

Here are the best pictures I could find right now. Maybe they will give you an idea of how to do it. If not, I'll take pictures tomorrow of the intercooler and piping outside the car. The only thing is you have to cut a good bit out where the stock airbox is (at least on S14) and you may as well just look at the sh1tty FMIC piping.

Snap some pics of what you have when you get a chance and post them up. I'd like to see how he had it routed. But seriously, RB's over the top intake pipe makes for some ugly FMIC piping. BUT...The front mount looks bad *** and the reason I took out the side mount is because my tire rubbed it enough to kill the core and created a huge boost leak. So I vote front mount. Sell the side mount to someone for more than you paid.

He got my old Setup. I had to do mine like that with the pipes I got for my motorset. Just do the top like you see I have in the pics and the bottom pipe leave it the way I had it on there before you picked it up.
