I suggest you just search godspeed and 240 in google next time, and here's my 2 cents, it's cheap as hell. if your strict DD then by all means do it. theres horror stories as there is w/ any cheap china product, and there's some ppl who swear to it. I personally am waiting so i can afford me some real coils (hoping to get some KTS's soon

right now it would just be for DD purpose only. if you have seen my build thread you have seed how the rear pass quarter got hit (or it hit something, i think the PO tried to drift) any way, what ever happened there, royally f-ed up the rear suspension ...

ok, maybe its not that bad, but the car does sit up higher on the pass side than on the drivers side, haha.

i did do alot of google searching and i couldnt find any reviews of the godspeed being used on a 240, so i figured i would ask if anyone had first hand experience with them.

i can accustom myself to a rough ride, it cant be as bad as an original 65 mustang with leaf springs in the rear! lol every time i went over a speed bump it felt like the rear end dropped out haha

there out there lol, i've researched the s*** out of these, megans, and other cheapies, and out of all of them I trust Godspeed the least in terms of coils, even though might be trying out their lca's real soon, so not too sure. but if the car won't be seeing much action other than DD then I'm sure it'll be fine. I found a write up on Zilvia a while back but the owner allegedly sold them before he could write his experience w/ them, all he did was install. there is someone on NICO with them and has had nothing but success with them

Check out BlackZenki82's build thread in 240 gen, he has a bunch of Gospeed parts & drifts with them. iirc he had a OEM part crack before his gospeed parts did...

Hope you took advantage of that deal. Godspeeds are just as good as any budget coilover under a grand. Throw them on & enjoy. Your next best option is Nismo or HKS Hipermax... both thousands of $$$ more.

I agree with wing feather. However if you buy cheap you get cheap. As with all coils there are low end models and high end models.
I have Godspeed 2009 hyper RS coilovers on my 89 coupe. they are 16 way damp and fully adjustable. camber in front.
front springs 10k and rears are 12k. cost me a little under a grand. they are stiff but i love them. never any problems
I slide my car once a week so...... everyone has something bad to say about everything. And i still run a boosted single cam :dblthumb:
At any rate buy the set up for what you wanna do.
