Yeah, I looked around and couldn't find anyone who did. Anyways I'm talking about these bushings: (borrowed pic from 94_240sx) These are S13 LCA btw

With the Energy Suspension ones

I'm gathering info. and parts at the moment so I can have everything before I dig into it.I'm doing all four ball joints along with the bushings on the front and rear control arms. Found info for the fronts but not rears. Thanks.

you need a press, or take them to a shop to press out the old and press in the new

The bushings are like any other bushings. Cut/burn out the rubber. Cut the sleeve. Replace with the poly pieces.

SPL sells spherical bearings as replacements as well (rear lca's).

While we're on the subject, is it necessary to drop the subframe in order to replace the differential bushings? or will dropping the diff be enough?

burning the old bushings is fine, but cutting the sleeve will most likely damage the bushing housing, the press is MUCH quicker and easier. Shops should charge little for this work, as long as you take the arms off. As far as the diff. bushings, subframe does not need lowering, the bushings are on the diff (that needs to come down)..... unless you are talking about the sub-frame mounts

Make sure and use the assembly lube that is supplied liberally. It was a total pain in the a$$ when I did mine. We used a 10,000lb press and it was still a nightmare.

Ah, so glad I don't gotta drop the subframe for the diff bushings.
