Anyone removed the rear door panels in their Q?

I can't seem to get the ashtray off. It seems as if it is attached to the door by more than those plastic tabs, but I don't see any screws. I don't want to break any more interior parts.

Please help!:help

There is a little lever when you open the ashtray on the side by the lighter that needs to be pushed towards the hinge(downward). The extra opening will expose the attachment screw.
