Anyone Recognize this 2007 M45 Sport Black/Bourbon IMPUL?

Hey guys. So this is a bit of a strange one, but I'm currently thinking of purchasing this 2007 Infiniti M45 Sport for sale in Florida. It's black with bourbon interior with the aero kit and an "IMPUL" badge on the rear. It also looks like the rims were painted a glossy gun metal color. I figured someone with a car like this would visit this forum, so I just wanted to see if one of you guys recently sold/traded it in? I was just wondering if there were any major issues with the car, the maintenance history, etc. so that I can decide whether to purchase it or not. Your assistance is GREATLY appreciated and thank you in advance.

If you google impul Japan the link will show up and they offer performance parts for a lot of vehicles. That one def doesn't have anything but the badge and maybe the stillen exhaust. I haven't seen that car on here by the way until now.

I like the whhels. Same colour combo as mine. Bourbon Leather with black obsidian. That's kind of rare. I reckon there are no more than a handful of members here with bourbon leather as Infiniti offered it back in 2007 when that colour was mainly in Mercs and Porsches only (and ... being Infiniti ... they stopped offering it as soon it became popular on all makes).

agreed....looks like an M with the Aero kit and IMPUL badge....I'd have those taillights smoked, to begin, then upgrade to cross drilled rotors...

reminds me of some guys driving a base Mercedes and throwing an 'AMG' or 'Brabus' badge on their ride....

Definitely not the Impul kit...which BTW I'm thinking of slanging, since I never installed it on my ride.

dunno why I bought the thing if I just have had it sitting around taking up space...I can't (easily) use the rear spoiler though because of the different tail lights (06/07 vs 08+).

I was thinking the same thing. I have the factory aero kit all around, so my eyes immediately train to such things. The sport aspect is what I question. Does it say RAS on the guages when it starts? I doubt it, cause the interior also has wood and no piping on the seats that I have heard are definitive ways to tell if its a sport model. Someone looks to be adding to the sticker without adding to the car. I see that a lot with regards to the sport category.

Bourbon leather was offered on 06' and 07' models. Still have my 06 M35X bourbon with black. 68000 on the clock. Best performance/luxury car I've ever own. Been thinking from time to time about selling it and looking for a CPO M56 but the car is perfect and looks like new. Every time I take it into Roswell Infiniti they comment about black on bourbon combo.

Regarding the wheels: They aren't aftermarket painted. Those look like the 'black chrome' wheels available on the Q50. They are factory wheels and they look brilliant on our Ms - especially a black M.

NOW I know what color the interior is on my 06 M35x!! Black/bourbon. I love it!! When I was car shopping it was the first thing to grab my attention. I'll get some photos up pronto.

It's getting an Injen intake and a Motordyne copper/plenum kit on Veteran''s Day as a present to this vet. I hope this will bump up the mileage a bit. And a new aluminum skid plate from TollBoothWilley too, which I will let my friends with a lift install. They'll give it an oil change too, but then after that I will be using the nifty little door in the new skid plate.

New wheels and winter rubber - Yokos - arriving today.

Love this car!! Weathertech front mats don't fit too well though and they aren't answering my email. (yet)

I can't work out why Infiniti cancelled the bourbon leather colour. Back in 2006, it was NOT seen on many cars aside from Mercs and Porsche. Then, in 2008, just as everyone else started offering it, Infiniti cancelled it. They also need to add that deep blood red that looks so brilliant on black BMs.
