Anyone recognize these installer's names?

Another post on sorta the same topic as my last post, but figured more people who know might read this one since they've probably already read the last one, and might miss this.

Anyone recognize the names Steve Kao or Dave Ciporkin as installers in the Georgia area? The guy tells me that Dave now runs Lethal Injection Tuning and some other shops, and is the go-to guy for wiring/installs in the Marietta/Kennesaw Georgia area. Also that Steve used to be until he got busted for stealing turbos or something like that.

The guy I wrote to said it had a Blitz BOV and a t3/t4 on it when he sold it, but now it just has a stocker and no BOV that I recall seeing, so I'm thinking if that guy really did have it installed correctly, then the goober that had it before the guy who has it now, must have taken those parts off and just sold them.
