if you want to stay with Infiniti- who wouldn't go for the 56, be prepared for an attack on your wallet. I recently had a new ford taurus as a rental car- now forgive me (i have had nissans since 98) and that car is a very nice driving, fully loaded, excellent fit and finish and some great tech stuff for a very reasonable price.

I have an 07 35X and will be moving to the Q50 when this car dies or is donated to my son (in university now). I love the size of the large sedan and it is great car for a mid size family- now time for more sport and more go- ergo- the q50 for me.

I have driven BMW, Cadillac(those have come a long way), Jag, Benz, Audi, Lincoln, Lexus, and Acura, I always find my way back Nissan/Infiniti, the Taurus is the first car that left a little bit of doubt in my mind of just buying another Nissan product.

Thanks for the input, besides maintenance has the car been trouble free?

trouble free- other than a leak in the seal between the windshield and the windshield frame (drivers side corner), I have done nothing other brakes, oil, installed new suspension (all four corners) - that is it- regular maintenance. I have so much confidence in this car that I would hand it down to my son.

I just bought a 2013 M 37x . I have previously owned a 2008 And a 2006 m . Before each previous purchase I checked out the Lexus LS 430 or 460 I always come back to M after I drive the Lexus. I have had 4 Q45 previous to this and also a SUV from Infiniti. I am thousand percent satisfied service and reliability and the value I receive.

I've had my 2012 M37x for about 10 months now. I've tested many Audi's, BMW's, Lexus' and Acura's. The M37 is a great combination of value, options and performance for me. I previously owned a 2003 FX45 and I loved that car and the power. I almost bought another FX but opted for a sedan instead. The BMW's drive great but the options quickly escalate the price and no cooled seats. The Audi's have a great Google maps and 3G hotspot built in but I like the Infiniti interior and exterior styling better. Acura's = pass, that is all. Lexus' are pretty close for me, my wife actually got the IS350 awd and it's a nice car but she frequently complains about how her navigation and driving feel isn't nearly as good as mine. I don't think she'll keep the Lexus much longer.
