anyone really know firsthand?

after reading so many posts regarding what is legal and what is not, anyone in this forum actually know of someone-not hear about a friend's friend or somebody that had a skyline taken away because they can't prove its road legal by their local police or highway patrol? to you motorex'd car owners.....how many times did your car get pulled over for no apparent reason?

what im trying to ask is how will your local police/hp determine if your car is state or fed legal?

For one, They could run the registration number. Two, the inspection papers lol :S.
