its been a dream of mine to put a rb26 into a sc300(soarer) it just so happens that i have my drift car, s14 with a rb26 in it and well yesterday i bought a 95 sc300, now im so tempted todo it, but would like to know if anyones tried it or got info on it, pics, info websites, phone numbers anything will do! thanks,paul

Take the 2JZGE and swap it into the S14. Then make it a 2JZ NA-T.That would be awesome to see. Two cars trading souls!::evil laugh::

- Fitting the RB26 shouldn't be an issue at all. Mounting it might need some fab work.- Fitting an RB25 (5speed) trans shouldn't be a problem... again more fab work- Wiring harness needs to be seriously tweaked- Fuel line needs to be shortened- Factory SC300 throttle cable needs to be replaced for a much longer one- Also the RB26 throttle cable bracket might need to be slightly altered- Maybe a new clutch line (if the fittings on the RB25 slave cylinder are diffrent from the the W58 slave cylinder fitting- Battery Relocation- New: Drive shaftFuel pumpFMIC piping

ok, rational thinking here. The swap would be a pain. cost quite a bit to fab/parts whatever. So my two cents is keep the 240 as is, and build a 2jzt for the sc300. sure you have to buy a motor and parts but its mostly DIY. Then youd have two beasts.

I do believe that Phoenix's Power, in Japan, did a rb26 swap on one of their Soarers in the past. Of course this was a bit ago. I saw this on an older Option vid. You could totally do this swap! Go for it, and post pics! I endorse this thread!!
