anyone please help

i have a 89 240sx the blinkers wont work they don't light up outside or inside the car or make the clicking sound i checked all fuses accept the large ones not sure if there fuses or not i have changed the flasher relay still nothing yet the 4 ways still work and all blinker bulbs work but one or two tall lights are out and one back park light not sure if that madders or not but am going to try and change them later and i changed the combo switch to i am lost and hope i dont have to take it to a mechanic cuz there saying its going to be 150 an hour witch is crazy i dont know what else to do does anyone know what the big fuses looking things do in the fuse box and behind the in can fuses box any help wood be really nice right now.

are you sure that the handle for the blinker on the steering column is working? May need to replace that since you have checked the fuses and relay's. And your owners manual and the cover for the fuse box/relay box should tell you what each fuse/relay is for.

yes i am sure the switch works i got a new one and changed it noting works
