I am probably going to plasti dip my rims, grill, door handles and back Nissan, Rogue, and 360 emblems.
I have a 2010 Rogue S 360 btw.
I was told I can purchase the cans of matte black at Lowe's or Home Depot for about $7 each and that to do all of that listed above will only cost about $30 or $40. A real bargain considering new rims would have been much, much more.
For those who don't know: Plati Dip is this stuff that comes in a spray paint type can(or in a gallon if you plan to do a whole car). You spray it on anything basically and when you're sick of the look or color, it peels right off. I want to black out my Rogue and when I get sick of it, I can have it back to OEM status in no time.
Just curious if anyone here has done this. I've going to watch some YouTube videos on it, but it doesn't look terribly difficult. If you overspray, you just peel it off
Will post pics once I finish.
FYI: They make it in clear too so if if you've ever considered clear bra'ing your car to protect front end. With this stuff you can do it for about $20
