Have you seen Portland's track Joe? It is pretty sweet is far as I can remember. It has been about a decade since I was last at that track

I was so disapointed at last years D1, I've desided not to go this year. Last year was BS .....the crazy lines for will call tickets ...on top of the crappy VIP seating if you deside to pay for that. Also overall the whole event was rushed ....D1 is all about Option and making dvd's as fast as posable. I boo D1!

yea the mustang GT beat a silvia they shoulda gone one more time. also that 4 door skyline crashed like right in my face, damn that sucked, but overall the events and warm up were pretty crazy, ppl are saying that last year sucked, cuz they rushed it, this year with no JGTC involved pure D1 drifting, i actually enjoyed it very much, anyone else?

I think the Silvia already won before the last round. That last round should have not happened because the Silvia already won (at least in my card it is 6,4, 6 for the silvia). Also, I don't know if anyone noticed this: the corolla was fun to watch but at some point it just drives straight and don't drift especially when in tandem drift with a Silvia. The corolla looked fast because of this(just m observation). Maybe I was at the bad viewig spot or the Silvia just looks better when drifting?

yeah i'm bummed that the US won too. but u have to give it to him. gitten was on his game all night. but there should have been a one more time when kazama passed him. but besides that he deserved to win. my favorite to watch was kumakubo in the wrx with the side vents. he broke it loose before everyone every time. the corolla was one of my favorites too. u have to understand, he is in a 4 cylinder n/a, prob not even 200 horsepower. and he is battling guys with 400-700 horsepower. i'm all about the underdog. but yeah, sucks that nomura crashed, he was a likely contender. soooo much smoke. i thought this years d1 was great. and i thought last years was even better. who cares if it is rushewd, what are you gonna do while they are not driving besides sit around and wait. i'm a big d1 fan and will continue to go everytime they come here. it's not everyday that you get to see the best of the best compete in their cars that they have shipped over from japan. and besides that i got to meet smokey nagata and mr jun. overall i give this event a 9.5/10

what the hell is wrong with you people? you cant honestly be mad because he beat a nissan. for christ sake get over yourselves. ANY one of you would drive ANYTHING if your ride was paid for. bunch of hypocrytes. its about the DRIVER not the car.

i thought they shouldve done one more time to but i was wrong because kazama caught understeer in the beginning of the run so that is an automatic loss.but yeah kumakubo vs. yoshioka was my favorite battle too cause i seriously thought yoshioka was gonna lose.

jr deserved to win.
