Anyone on +45 wheel offset?

Hey guys, wanted to know if anyone is running on wheels(18x8) with a +45 offset. I wanna see how flush it is with the fenders and if spacers are needed.

My wheels are +44mm offset. The tires will not be flush with the fenders, I added 15mm Ichiba spacers and now they are perfect IMO.

My wheels are +45 offset and they sit flush with the fender. However, my rims are 20x9, so that probably makes up for it.
