my friend needs a roomate, the place is nice, large 2 bed 1.5 bath, furnished, fully equiped kitchen, and reserved parking. rent will be around 500 a month, let me know and lets help out one of our car buddys

unfortunatly no, but he's a really cool guy. his roomate flaked out on him and now he cant pay the rent for much longer
